We offer Standard and Rush shipping options. Estimated delivery times vary slightly by destination:

Production Time: Standard orders generally include up to 3 business days for production to ensure your memorial is prepared with care.

Rush Orders: Choosing Rush Shipping places your order in our priority production queue and uses our fastest available express delivery service.
- United Kingdom Orders: UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Applicable duties, taxes, and import charges are handled as part of your order, so you should not be asked to pay additional import fees when your package arrives.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and leaves our Vancouver, BC studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.
