Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping tiers to meet your needs:

• Production Time: Standard orders include a 3-day production window to
  ensure your memorial is prepared with the utmost care.
  
  
• Rush Orders: Choosing Rush Shipping places your order in our priority production queue, followed by FedEx Overnight delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed and leaves our Vancouver, BC studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey directly to your door.
